"Return took forever"
I ordered from INIU Shop and the item itself was fine, but trying to return it was kind of a headache. I had to contact support more than once, and the return instructions weren’t super clear, so I was just figuring it out as I went. The refund also took longer than I thought it would. It’s not the worst shop or anything, but yeah, they really need to make the return process easier.

"Fit felt off and I don’t really trust it now"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just weird and it felt stiff the whole day. once I’d paid and actually tried it on, I felt kind of let down and not super trusting of the quality. It was really uncomfortable, so I don’t see myself wearing it again...

"Support did get back to me..."
Support did get back to me, but their answer was so confusing that I didn’t understand much more than before. I kept rereading it like, how is this okay, because the whole point of reaching out was to get a clear explanation.

"Not much variety, unfortunately"
I’m not sure if I just caught it on an off day, but there really weren’t many choices. It felt like the same items over and over, with very little variety. I was hoping for a bit more to pick from, so it was kind of disappointing.

"Nice style, maybe a little busy?"
I think it looks really nice overall. The style is definitely appealing, though I did feel like a few pages were a bit crowded. Maybe that’s just me being picky, but I found myself wishing there was a little more breathing room in some spots.

"Refund process really tested my patience"
I requested a refund from INIU Shop, it took much longer than I think is fair. I kept checking for updates and waiting for things to move along, but the whole process felt unnecessarily slow.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, the refund timing was disappointing. When a company takes someone’s money, I feel like they also have a responsibility to return it promptly when a refund is due.

"Wish I’d gotten better tracking updates"
I placed my order a few weeks ago, but the tracking never really updated, so I’ve been left wondering where the package is. It still hasn’t arrived, and I just wish there had been more communication or some reassurance that it was actually on the way...

"Stock info was completely off"
The site showed the items as in stock, so I went ahead and paid. Then I got an email afterward saying they weren’t actually available. I even had to reach out myself to ask for a refund, which was annoying. The canned apology didn’t really help either, it just felt like a copy-paste response. Total waste of time. Please keep your stock info updated

"Exchange was mostly smooth"
I needed to exchange my item for a different size. It did take a few days before I heard back, which was a little annoying, but once they replied they handled it and sent out the replacement. Not the fastest process ever, but it worked out fine in the end.

"Still never heard back"
I reached out to customer service and just... nothing. Days went by, I kept checking my email, even wondered if I’d sent it to the wrong place, but nope. It’s really frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, I just needed a reply. the waiting was probably the most annoying part.

"Quality was honestly a bit disappointing"
The item arrived fine, but the quality just feels cheap. The stitching was messy, and the material literally didn’t look or feel like it did in the photos. It’s not completely useless, but I definitely don’t think it was worth the price...

"Wrong size, wrong color. Frustrating."
I ordered a specific size and color, but what showed up was totally different. Ugh. Shipping itself was fine, so I guess that part went okay, but the order accuracy was really disappointing. Then I had to reach out to support, and it took way too long to get it sorted. Annoying.

"Expected more for the price"
I was expecting this to feel a lot more worth it for what I paid. It’s not terrible, but the quality and overall experience just didn’t match the price tag for me. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

Maybe it’s just me, but I expected the packaging to be a lot better. The box arrived all smashed up and didn’t look like it had been packed with much care.

"Started coming apart way too quickly"
I ordered this from iniushop it looked totally fine when I first opened it. The finish looked neat, the edges seemed okay, and even the packaging didn’t give me any red flags. But after just a few uses, little things started going wrong — seams loosening, corners looking worn, and a small bit peeling where it really shouldn’t have. I kept noticing tiny signs that it wasn’t holding up, and then it just got worse. For the price, I expected it to last longer. Wouldn’t buy it again.

"Checkout wouldn’t go through"
I tried to place my order a few times, but the payment kept failing every single time. My sister was sitting with me and even double-checked that I wasn’t missing anything, but it still wouldn’t work. Frustrating.

"Pretty disappointed with my order"
I wasn’t happy with how this went. The site looked okay at first, but once I placed my order, it just got annoying, really annoying. Updates were slow, support wasn’t much help, and I kept feeling like I had to chase everything. I thought ordering from iniushop.com would be quick and simple, but it ended up being a hassle. I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Delivery took forever haha"
I ordered from iniushop.com the delivery was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking like a worried detective haha. The package ended up arriving much later than expected, and there wasn’t really any clear info about what was happening. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it was just annoying and not really worth the stress.

"Payment process felt a little sketchy"
Checkout made me nervous. The payment page looked really basic, and I didn’t see much security info to make me feel comfortable entering my card details. I also got transferred around when I tried asking about it, which was frustrating and didn’t exactly make me feel any better.
